Christian Louboutin is a designer from Paris, France. Christian has been literally taking over Hollywood for the last 10 years with his red bottom pumps and shoes. Christian made these shoes in 1996 that started with a plain black pair of high heels that he decided to paint red nail polish on the bottom of. This expiriment ended up being his trademark and making him one of the most destinctive designers known to date. His shoes have been worn by every celebrity in Hollywood young and old. He decided to paint his shoes red because that's how he wanted the world to know those were "his" shoes.
